We are automation-friendly and can accept your orders in any format -- on disk, via email, or on paper. Inspection results can be sent back on zip disk, CD, or to any email or web address.

Management reports can be created at any level of detail to let you see the results of the project: view acceptable and unacceptable conditions by zip code, county, agent, or policy number.

Some features of this service are:

• You send us "raw" policy data. We decide which risks to inspect, and what type of inspection to perform, based on your own, prearranged parameters.

• Our inspection may be the traditional field inspection, or a telephone survey with your insured, or some combination of the two.

• The underwriting information we develop can be returned on paper forms or entered into a database and transmitted reliably and securely to your data site.

Our role then changes to a complete information gathering outsource company. This reduces your need to maintain clerical staff to process inspection orders.

Our efforts are backed up by a set of management reports which present views of the overall quality of the risks you've bound by agency, geographic territory, or other parameters you choose.

Finally, whenever you are ready, we can help you implement a fully automated underwriting system capable of making underwriting decisions.
